when my daughter was young if she saw a car what was left standing/abandoned when we were out and about she used to want to go and look at it and keep saying dad lets get that car we saw you can fix it up

This is being built near me ..he’s got the rear tub on now just the middle body parts to go I think ..he’s got another one .makes me wonder if he builds them to order I would think it’s a rather niche market .

Saw by chance an S2a station wagon from a far-away planet: Jensen V8, belt-driven 4WD, central air locks on the doors, external oil filter, dashboard like an aircraft, an unending explosion of invention, and even the comments section is interesting.
I'll bet Roger Moore found the leg room in the front of a Series a bit tight
Didn't get a photo cause driving, but I saw a kid in a toy lander type thing that was in S2 configuration, looked great. Gave them a honk!
If I had another lifetime, love to have that to revive. And looks to have been well used, judging by the oily state of the engine. Surely must have been well known at one time?
Those air locks are remarkable, and judging by the amount of problems with the modern electric versions, probably a jolly sight more reliable. That air tank under the wing would bother me, rust-wise.
