How Do I? Winch Bolts Torque

Upon towing a shepherds hut up a hill the winch suddenly started slipping, for the first time ever it couldn't hold a weight and as soon as I wasn't winching it was pulling back unspooling the drum.. Following a chat with Goodwinch (Goldflish 9.5 winch) I have adjusted the brake as they have stated to rectify the issue. However I had to remove the winch from the bumper, any idea on the winch to bumper torque weight ? I assume its fairly high and would guess high 180's maybe ?
 
torque should be in the winch fitting instructions, if not just do them up tight as possible, thats all I did for my husky winch bolts, it's never moved or loosened it's bolts in 15 years.
